Joshua Lui

BExPhys, UNSW

Joshua is an experienced and compassionate Exercise Physiologist with a special interest in managing osteoporosis, diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, chronic pain, and strength and conditioning. He takes a functional, evidence-based approach to help his patients improve movement, rebuild strength, and regain independence.

Graduating from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Josh has worked extensively with patients living with chronic pain and physical disabilities, and is particularly passionate about supporting injured workers. He has helped many return to work safely and sustainably through tailored, goal-driven programs.

Josh is also fluent in English, has working proficiency in Mandarin, and understands Cantonese, making him a great communicator across a broad range of patient backgrounds.

Outside of the clinic, Josh brings the same energy and focus to his personal pursuits. A former Hong Kong Youth Rugby Union representative who played as a prop, he understands firsthand the challenges of injury and recovery. His downtime is often spent weightlifting or working on his conversion kicking accuracy on the rugby field.

Josh brings a strong, positive presence to the clinic, and is committed to helping every patient feel supported, empowered, and on track toward their health goals.
